Justin Rosemore is the Founding Partner of ARLS Properties. Rosemore has strategic responsibility for the Company. Justin Rosemore is responsible for identifying and executing the Company’s acquisitions, managing its development projects and overseeing the Company’s financial and asset management activities. Justin Rosemore has spearheaded the acquisition, management, operation and disposition of retail properties in Maryland. Justin Rosemore earned his B.S. degree in Biosciences from the University of Houston and his D.O. from the University of North Texas, Fort Worth. Justin Rosemore currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland.
Gershon Seiferas

Gershon Seiferas is a Partner and General Counsel, and is responsible for coordinating and managing the Company’s acquisitions and dispositions, handling lease and contract negotiations, and providing legal counsel to the Company. Mr. Seiferas provided counsel regarding development, acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing issues to Fortune 500 companies as an attorney at two AmLaw 100 law firms from 2000 until 2009. Mr. Seiferas earned his B.A. degree in English Literature from Yeshiva University and his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
Josh Rosemore

Josh Rosemore is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Finance. Josh serves as the development associate for ARLS Properties and is responsible for ensuring each project reaches stabilization.
Josh also oversees leasing for each development and helps source additional sites for ARLS along the East Coast.
Ryan Voelkel

Ryan started his career as a property manager for Loughlin Management. Ryan met ARLS through managing their office building at 1301 York Road in Towson, MD.
Currently, Ryan oversees the property management and bookkeeping for ARLS Properties. In addition, Ryan sources sites and investment opportunities for ARLS’ convenience store and restaurant tenants.
